"Premarital sex should not performed at all including acts that could lead to sex such as cuddling and petting. Under no circumstances should it occur, even the two people intend to marry or are "married in their own minds."  People who are not serious about marriage and only are dating to experiment and have fun should reassess their values in their life."

Conservative values, Christian values, and plain common sense influence my belief.  Not only are these, but I personally come from experience.  I have been put in situations in emotional pain because of thoughts of straying to the path of premarital sex.
People who have loose sexual morals who don't respect their bodies, generation, job and family name would disagree with me.  All those people who engage in premarital sex are afflicting their job, family, and the rest and they tear down what their parents have done to raise them and their good name they have built in the past as a child. Not saying that liberals are like the people I have described at all, but since liberals believe that people can do whatever they so please, they would also disagree with me.
